Need Public's Help in Identifying Robbery Suspect

The Atlantic City
Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a male
wanted for assaulting and robbing a woman at the Borgota Hotel and Casino.
On January 4, 2017
at 4:26 am, a woman was assaulted and her pocketbook stolen after getting off
the elevator on the floor of her room. She
was assaulted by a male that has yet to be identified, but is described as a
white male in his thirties with a slim build.
The victim, 77 years old from Boonton, NJ, was transported to the
AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with a non-life threatening
injury.
This investigation is being led by Detective Juliann
Schwenger. Anyone with information about
this incident or the identity of the male is urged to contact the Atlantic City
Police Department Criminal Investigations Section at 609-347-5766.
